The HSHS Enginerds

We are a student-run team from Highland Springs High School in Highland Springs, Virginia. Most of our members are also a part of the Center for Engineering - a specially designed high school curriculum which prepares students for a future career in engineering. Our other members are very interested in pursuing a career in robotics. We have been a team of FIRST Robotics since 2001 and strive to achieve both personal and team goals every year.

We made tremendous strides in finding sponsors, hosting fundraisers, and building our 2010 robot. Through our dedication and determination, we were able to rise to the 2010 FRC challenge and create a robot capable of landing us the number two alliance spot at the Virginia Regional. We are immensely proud of all involved in this feat and are glad to have played against such strong competition.
